3 Hour Yoga Workshop

To be held at St Piran's School, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 7LZ - Sunday 5th October from 9am to 12 noon.

The session will start with a meditation and then an in depth practice in yin yoga. Yin yoga is a meditative style of Hatha yoga. This practise encourages long held floor poses to enhance the Chi or energy through the body, which will then be followed by a yang flow.

The cost of this workshop is £35.00
