R J's Yoga Children's Workshop

To be held at St Piran's School, Maidenhead, Berks, SL6 7LZ for children aged 4 to 11 on Sunday 9th November 2008 from 10am to 11am.

Children enjoy physical activity especially when it's fun and allows creative involvement and expression. Yoga provides exercise in a natural and healthy way for both body and mind. Promoting strength, flexibility and good co-ordination, yoga teaches children gentleness, concentration and how to relax, whilst experiencing stillness and calm. It is a non-competitive activity and above all its great fun. R J's yoga workshop provides a safe, imaginative and enjoyable environment for your child and introduces them to a life of healthy habits.

The cost of this workshop is £10.00
