Antenatal Yoga Classes

We are delighted to announce that we are now holding antenatal yoga classes at our studio in Cookham Dean near Maidenhead.

The classes offer a holistic programme of breathwork, postures and deep relaxation suited to all stages of pregnancy, from 14 - 42 weeks. Pregnancy yoga enhances the vitality, mobility, general health and emotional well-being of the expectant mother; it also provides a quiet supportive space in which to form a bond with the unborn child.

The antenatal yoga classes are held on Tuesday evenings 7.30pm to 9pm and Wednesday afternoons 1pm to 2.30pm.
